Located in the heart of Tullamore in Co. Offaly, The multi-award-winning Academy of Music is the midlands leading institute for music education. Combining Large Classrooms and over 7 individual tuition rooms and housing 6 top of the range pianos; the Academy offers high quality music tuition to students of all ages and levels, from children to adults, beginners to professionals.
We offer classes and individual music lessons that cultivate a foundation for a students life-long growth in music. The Royal Irish Academy of Music, Associated Board and London College exams are the Academy's examination awarding bodies and are recognized universally. Diploma students can chose their awarding body for Performance and Teaching Diplomas from any of the recognised examination bodies in London or Ireland.
With experienced and fully qualified teachers we are dedicated to expanding the quality of music education and opportunities available to our students, and enhancing the musical culture of communities throughout Tullamore, Mullingar, Athlone, Laois, Offaly, Westmeath and the midlands.
The Academy has a full spectrum of students aged from 2 through to 70+. We believe that if someone desires to learn music then there is something innate to be nurtured - no matter what a persons musical ability, cognitive level or mere apprehension to exploring an instrument. We work with each student, no matter what age or level on an individual basis. We therefore do not have an entrance audition for tuition.
