Policies, Terms and Conditions
CancellationsThe Academy reserves the right to cancel any course or group lesson because of insufficient enrolment. In such an event all fees will be refunded.
Payment & Attendance
Payment must be made for all classes, whether taken or missed. Classes will not be made up in the case of student absence. The Academy require teacher to be notified before class time if a student is unable to attend. If a teacher cannot give a class/lesson, the Academy will make every effort to organise a substitute teacher. If this is not possible then the class/lesson will be re-arranged.
Cessation
The Academy reserves the right to cease the enrolment of any student who
misses three consecutive lessons without notification, or any student who has a
pattern of absence or who is constantly late.
Refunds
No refunds are given except in the case of course
cancellations as stated above.
